In the bustling heart of Varanasi, where timeless traditions meet the modern world, stands The White Canyon — a symbol of resilience, vision, and purpose.
Its story begins with Mayank, a dynamic entrepreneur from Varanasi who spent his childhood amidst the sacred ghats before moving to New Delhi in 2010 to pursue Engineering and rise as a Cybersecurity Business Manager in a global IT firm. But destiny had something greater in store.
After nearly a decade in the corporate corridors of New Delhi, Mayank returned to his hometown in 2020, seeking closeness to his family during the turbulence of the pandemic. What he witnessed shook him deeply — the ancient city, a spiritual haven for millions, was also battling as a Covid-19 hotspot, with overcrowded lacking even the most basic standards of hygiene. Tourists, pilgrims, and locals alike were left vulnerable in a time of crisis.
At that moment, a vision was born — a vision to redefine hospitality in Varanasi.
With the support of his father and uncle, Mayank transformed his ancestral home into The White Canyon — a sanctuary that combined modern comfort, uncompromising hygiene, and soulful hospitality at the very heart of the holy city.
